Our plant operations are overseen by our 3 full-time Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI’s) and ASNT Level III on staff. They work closely with project managers to assure the quality of our products. Our highly trained staff of skilled craftsman helps to insure a high quality product.

CAID has ASME Sect. IX & AWS certified welders experienced in welding materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and many others.

Inspection Services

Our three fulltime CWI’s can perform inspections based on our customers specifications. We have a full array of inspection tools at our disposal to fulfill any inspection requirements such as: MT, VT, PT or other NDE. Our inspection tools include a Faro Arm, (2) Faro laser tracking system utilizing advanced “Best Fit Analysis” software, a Thermo Scientific Niton Analyzer – Positive Material Identifier (PMI) and Nondestructive Testing (NDT) inspection tools. With these systems we can provide precise inspection of parts that are anywhere from a few inches long to over 100 feet in length. We can also provide hydro or pressure testing based upon customer project requirements.

If your project requires documented inspections, we can provide additional inspection services.

Our inspection staff will also coordinate with 3rd party inspection agencies as required by your contract.
